I came to the store the day before and spoke to a member of staff that caused me to come back the following day to make the purchase ... Although the person was on leave the other member of staff still was able to assist me as if she were there.

Went to Croydon Store and was greeted by Deryck, very knowledgeable and friendly gent. Gave me a tour of the beds after understanding my preferences on comfort etc. Very Happy with service.

From the moment we walked in the door your staff member, Michael, could not have been more helpful. He spent time answering our questions, showing us various options of mattresses, pillows, quilts etc. and made us feel as though he really understood what we wanted and addressed any concerns we had. If we had been served by someone less helpful, understanding or patient it may have been a different experience but we could not have faulted him and both my son and I commented on the service we had received when we left the store. It is an absolute pleasure to be able to give a very positive review. Thank you Michael

1. Range of mattresses to look at. A good mattress is a big investment and you want to be able to try several types at different prices to see what is best for you. 2. Service and assistance: the sales assistant Moses was excellent. Very intuitive and patient, was there when you needed him and slipped away when you wanted to be on your own. Also he knew the products well and seemed to size me up quickly and show me to products that suited me, rather than just showing me everything in the store – really excellent service. 3. 40 days trial – this gives reassurance if your big investment in a new mattress doesn’t work for you – real peace of mind.
