We were served by Deryck who answered all our questions and he was very patient and supportive. We were offered tea/ coffe which was very kind. We were able to take our time and make the best choice. Thank you.

Michael was extremely helpful In store, however Sabrina from your Customer service dept was totally rude and needs training on how to deal with customers, she almost lost you a sale. Michael once again saved the sale, and deserves recognition for his role.
