The customer service we received by Michael was friendly, informative and not pushy which we both agree makes the perfect salesman. He gave us time to try out the mattresses and informed us about all of the ins and outs about the material, structure and time life of the products.

The employee, Moses was friendly, knowledgeable but in no way pushy. He was gentle and smiled all the time, answering all my queries.

Plenty of choice, offered a coffee but didn't want one although nice to be asked (more than once to be fair, in case we changed our minds!) lots of sales staff around. Made to feel welcome and to take as long as we liked in order to choose right mattress, also the forty nights offer is very good!

Diane was very helpful and even provided us with drinks while we were browsing. She answered our questions and helped with the decisions and was professional and courteous throughout, but without being pushy, which is something that I find highly irritating. She balanced her approach well and kept it all on the side of helpfulness rather than selling (which of course she was!). She was also patient with our kids which is important since they were doing what kids do and could have been a problem for some! The sale prices were reasonable as well and the option of interest free credit is always a bonus.
