Staff were very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and helped me choose the perfect mattress. Offered coffee which was really nice to have on a cold day. I didn't feel pressured by sales staff and overall excellent service. Thank you and keep up the good service!

Deryck at your Valley Park branch was well informed and understood what we were looking for took us straight over to the beds we had wanted to look at. Did not push but advised on each bed and gave us time to make our own decision. Just what we wanted.

Friendly people who helped us cut to the chase, offered complementary extras without being pushy. Price felt right with a good range high to low.

Able to try mattresses before purchasing and assistant was very helpful.

We had already looked at a few beds in other shops on the purley way and visited Dreams last of all. We had more or less chosen the bed that we wanted from another shop and were going to place an order for it, but when we went to Dreams, there was so much more choice on beds and mattresses. The bed we were looking for is for my son and the sales person, Moses was very helpful when it came to choosing the bed and mattress. I liked the fact that we could choose the bed and mattress separately rather than having to buy a bed and mattress that came together as was being sold in all of the other shops. The headboard was also a smaller size, which meant that it will look better in my son's room. Based on this, we decided to order the bed from Dreams and I was pleasantly surprised with the price as well as the choice. All credit to the choice at Dreams and the fact that Moses was a great sales person.

Beds are a difficult item to shop for and extremely important to get right, having seen all the ads over Christmas and carried out a little bit of research on line, Dreams was our preferred choice and this branch suited our location The store is well laid out, the staff let you explore at your leisure and seem to know when is the fight time to approach a customer Moses came to our assistance and could not of been more pleasant or helpful, coffees soon in hand (which is a great touch) having explained to Moses what we thought we were looking for, he was able to match up our requirements perfectly For someone who seriously hates shopping I can honestly say the whole experience felt as good as booking our last holiday to Mexico!! I took the opportunity to talk to the manager to offer my congratulations to him and his staff his response was to selflessly heap the praise on his staff, as a service provider myself I understand how important that is Hoping that my old bones will support me long enough into the future, we will certainly return to Dreams again, well done Paul S Iles
