Sale items where well priced and included delivery and assembly. Customer service was very good.

We were served by Deryck, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He allowed us time to try out the different mattresses without being pushy. He was also very patient as we had our toddler daughter with us which meant she kept interrupting us, he even went and found her a balloon. He was a great sales man and made the whole process very easy.

Really helpful assistant - Melissa, great knowledge but didnt suffocate me when browsing. Able to answer all of my questions, delightful manner.

Very knowledgeable staff on hand to explain the different options available. Extremely helpful and felt able to tryout different mattresses without being under any pressure from sales staff. I will certainly return to the Croydon purely way store for purchases I intend to make in the near future.
