During two visits the assistant, Diane, was charming and extremely helpful. We never felt under pressure, unlike some stores.

The gentleman that served me (Derick) was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive, friendly and really knowledgeable. He noticed that I looked lost whilst browsing and approached me to offer his help. He considered my needs including my budget and asked appropriate questions to understand what I needed making recommendations based on my personal needs.
