My Mother and I were greeted by Diane who passed us over to her colleague Melissa. My mother is 89 years old and Melissa was very patient with her and gave us both plenty of time to decide what we wanted after she had given us all the information we needed. We placed the order and she went through all the paper work explaining it very well.Overall it was a pleasure dealing with her and Dreams. Thanks.

FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL MEMBER OF STAFF

I was looking for a mattress. The sales assistant explained in details what the different options were and where I could find them. He also provided me with a pillow to more easily replicate my sleep experience. All this made finding a mattress very easy.

Although there were several staff members present, we were not hounded. We we allowed to look at our own pace. We were pointed in the right direction initially. When we sought assistance it was swift and I left the store being glad that we had made the right choice as opposed to being bullied into buying a product. Well done guys!

Really friendly staff. Dereck was very helpful, as was barrat who I placed the order with. Much better service than Ben sons for beds down the road from you .

The service was excellent. The man who served me Michael was running between three of us who were asking him questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable lovely man.

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant who was able to offer advice on the different types of bed and matttress
