Dreams - Croydon

I have been shopping around for a bed for a long time in stores and online. I found Dreams to be the most helpful and satisfactory with the prices on beds and other accessories. The lady who helped me called Deeanne told me she was new but I must say she was a credit to you very professional! All of the other staff I came into contact with were of the same.

I WAS GREETTED BY DHANNE, SERVICE WAS GREAT. I WENT TO 5 SHOPS BEFORE AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING LIKE THE SERVICE DHANNE OFFERED ME AND MADE ME FEEL RELAXED

Asked on arrival if we wanted a cup of tea and coffee, and once we tried a couple of mattresses Michael our assistance guided us to what we were looking for.

The staff were very friendly and were able to tell us about the product in an understandable way. They were very efficient and the service was very helpful and quick.

There was lots of choice and we did not feel hassled by the shop assistants, but they were around when we needed our questions answered. it was a cold rainy day so the proffered coffee was very welcome!

My Mother and I were greeted by Diane who passed us over to her colleague Melissa. My mother is 89 years old and Melissa was very patient with her and gave us both plenty of time to decide what we wanted after she had given us all the information we needed. We placed the order and she went through all the paper work explaining it very well.Overall it was a pleasure dealing with her and Dreams. Thanks.

We were met in a friendly style, offered drinks & my young son was given a balloon to play with while we tested the mattresses. The sales assistant gave us lots of information and then quickly dealt with the details once we'd decided to buy. It was a very easy & quick experience and we are pleased to be getting our mattress so soon, safe in the knowledge that if it isn't as good as expected, weve got 40days to try & decide.
