The customer service was superb. Deeanne came over asked if we wanted drinks, was knowledgeable, kind and very personable. We chose a lovely mattress and bed and were delighted with the service!

As soon as we entered the store the colleague approached us to see if we needed any assistance and after explaining our requirements to him he spent a lot of time explaining all the different options available to us and which products he then thought would be best. He explained everything in great detail and was so patient with us which made us feel really comfortable and able to make a selection without feeling any pressure. We were very impressed with the service and would definetly recommend Dreams to family and friends.

The bunkbed I chose was in stock and also on display in the store so I was able to have a look at the actual product before purchasing it. The staff were friendly and gave me options and all the information I needed.
