The sales person Melissa and her colleague were both highly informative an d efficient.

The staff were all very good, knowledgable, helpful, welcoming snd friendly.

We knew what we wanted prior to entering the store however our purchase was just as much about good customer service as it was about what we wanted. Had the customer service been lacking we would have gone elsewhere and to a competitor. As it was, the customer service was exceptional and far exceeded that which either of us were expecting. Noel served us from start to finish and is a credit to both the store and to Dreams as a whole. He was friendly, knowledgeable, understood our needs and best of all was both polite and patient. He really demonstrated to us that he cared about us as customers.

Reference code 197A023640 - we were attended to by Moses in the store, he was fantastic we didn't understand how the mattresses and different types of beds worked. He was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly and helped us to chose the right two beds/mattresses that best suited our needs. After ordering the beds we remeasured one of the rooms to realise that we could fit in a king size as opposed to a double. Moses sorted this change for us over the phone as well as securing the delivery date aligned to our moving date which wasn't originally available on the system as it was in April. A very customer centric experience down to Moses and am feeling very pleased with our purchases and look forwards to getting our new beds.
