The sales assistant was very polite helpful and patient I had my 3 children with me and he was excellent with them also I got what I wanted I had everything explained to me without pushing me into buying so very happy

Moses the sales assistant was extremly knowledgable of the products in the shop he made my experience extremely pleasant I did not go into dreams with the intention of purchasing a product,but Moses made the transaction flawless, he is an asset to dreams .

I was wanting to purchase a mattress for a cabin bed. I had no idea as to what I was looking for. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful & friendly. He was not pushy at all and suggested that I took proper measurements before purchasing. On return the same person was just as friendly and very willing to help, getting my daughter to try the mattress again. Not only would I recommend the store but I would definitely recommend the person who served me.

I went into your Croydon store I was left alone for a short while to browse then Michael approached me , It was freezing outside and he got me a cup of hot chocolate and a Pillow which he thought I needed for my comfort ,he then showed me how the store worked,(the colour coding and types of bed and firmness) he then came back to see how I was getting onI suppose I was in the store for about an hour after which I ordered my bed and left satisfied.

Lovely big store, the staff were very pleasant and welcoming.We didn't want the product delivered till mid march and the store was happy to met our needs and it's free delivery.
