The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The mattress I bought was half price and I was offered a deal on four pillows. I found what I needed and purchased it with ease. Would recommend to others.

We got what we wanted and was able to deliver the product on the day we wanted.. Moses has been very helpful too.

The member of staff allowed us to look and try the beds at our leisure, she didn't pressure us and was available should we have any questions. This allowed us to take our time without pressure which we would have walked out of the store if we were constantly being pressurised. We were given coffee and when we decided to go ahead with the purchase, the member of staff was friendly, and gave us all the information we required.

Diane was extremely knowledgable, understood our needs, and " Simply The Best ". She flies your flag extremely well. A lot of the other stores should take a page out of her book .

The guy who helped us was called Barret at the Purley Way store. Really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. And he was not too pushy which puts people off!!!

The shop assistant, Diane, was extremely helpful. She really listened to what I needed, was able to provide useful advise and was very patient!

Friendly store assistant, gave us time to decide on the perfect mattress without being overpowering (I hate pushy staff when I know the product I want having done research online). No offers on super-king duvets though!
