Rosa, the sleep expert who assisted me, was very patient and understanding also listening to what my children wanted. She greeted us ,offered us a drink, pillows and assembling of my bed.

I visited the Dreams store in Croydon. I was assisted by the in-store assistant Rosa. She was pleasant, warm and was happy to get me to the exact bed I had looked online. She also helped me select pillows and recommended the mattress protector. She was also helpful with choosing the delivery days. Overall, very satisfied with my visit to the store. Looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress

The young man Michael Francis was very helpful and polite. Even down to offering a coffee at the till. He was quick to introduce me to the sleep match machine which really guided my decision on purchase.

He make us feel so comfortable that we did not even wanted to go and shop around for our bed. If you have the staff championship system I highly recommend Barett to be one of them. His customer service skills is outstanding. dreams must be proud of such person and reward him fairly.
