We have been to the Croydon store before and it's lovely and calm. Also, the coffee is gorgeous.

I was served by Moses who was outstanding. I particularly liked the balance he achieved between being on hand to answer queries and leaving the customer to think. There is nothing more off putting than high pressure sales. Moses showed a genuine interest in what I wanted and offered options. Excellent sales person.

All the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure you bought the correct bed. Nothing was rushed and we had plenty of time to try every bed we needed to.

Michael knew the beds inside and out and was able to advice me throughly. He listened to my needs including budget andam was very patienice.

The worker was very happy to help and showed good assistance to help me. They were friendly and were able to answer any questions I had. Delivery date available was quick. There was a 20% discount on the day which made the price paid reasonable.

Staff are always friendly, they don't jump on you as soon as you enter the shop which is good. They don't rush you & look after your needs.
