The gentleman called Deryck at the Croydon branch couldn't have been better. He was helpful but discreet A credit to the company!

My mother and I were greeted within seconds of entering the store. Deryck introduced himself and offered to show us around. Other staff were cleaning the store up and speaking with other customers. Deryck understood our needs and was showing us a range of beds - the beds ranged in price too which I am happy about, he was not only trying to show us the most expensive beds. Deryck was very patient with us, offered his expertise and offered us coffee/tea. The payment transaction went very smoothly, Deryck offered us coffee again which we accepted, he offered us the add ons installation, mattresses, storage boxes etc. where we took the installation add on. He was also very patient while my mother and I argued about which size bed we wanted. Once we left the store a few hours later I gave him a call back and asked for the king size bed instead of the double; he was very helpful and processed this for me. Due to the popularity of the king size bed in this model there was a long wait for the delivery which is no fault of his but he did apologies for it. Overall I am very happy with how the purchase went, now to just wait for the bed and installation.

I went to buy a matress & I bought a mattress.

Wide range of matresses, great customer service. Left to spend time looking around and doing my own thing, but always someone there to help when I had questions to ask. Easy place to sepnd time in. Great service when it came to place the order. Brilliant after care service. Bed was delivered on time with fabtasic communication from the delivery driver. Hassel free and very happy.

Diane was great at helping us look at beds. She was friendly and knowledgable. Sadly we didn't buy a bed because we got offered one from a friend but we were very happy with the chest of draws and the service

I came in with my daughter, specifically to buy her a new mattress. A sales rep, called Michael, approached us and asked what we were looking for. He was very polite and provided good knowledge of his products and prices. He was helpful, without being pushy.
