Your representative, Barret, listened to my requirements and suggested a number of options which were all worth considering. He was attentive and yet made sure I had time on my own to try out the options suggested. He offered me refreshments on a number of occasions.

Had visited another Dreams store same day - no one offered any assistance just all sat chatting. At Croydon we felt free to browse but as soon as we were ready to make some decisions and purchase Michael was fantastic.
