The assistant was very helpful and showed us a wide selection of mattresses. She was knowledgeable about all of the products.

Moses the customer services man was so helpful he couldn't do enough, he had such a pleasant manner please make sure he is told how highly he was appreciated

We were assisted by Moses who was most helpful and gave us all the information we needed with the least possible fuss. He was extremely courteous and we liked him very much. It always helps not to feel pushed into buying something and he was an ideal salesman.

Until I came into contact with Deryck at your store I wasn't particularly satisfied as I was ignored by several staff. Deryck was busy with another customer at the time but when finished he came straight over and asked if I needed any help and had it not been for him I was about to leave. Deryck was extremely helpful, offered us a seat and a drink and really helped us with what we needed and was able to answer all the questions we asked him and was very knowledgeable on all your products. We left the store very happy and with exactly what needed. I will be returning to see Deryck soon to buy another bed.

The salesman knew all the stick and directed us to the sort of mattress we were looking for.His knowledge about each mattress was extremely helpful.We didn't have to hang around as we were approached quite quickly after entering he store and didn't feel compelled to make a purchase if we didn't find anything we liked.Availability of delivery dates was good.On the whole a fairly quick,pain free visit!
