Diane welcomed us when we arrived.She made sure she understood our particular needs.Because i was involved in a RTA two weeks prior to our visit my daughter tried out the varius beds several times to make sure the product was what my husband and i required.Diane offered us refreshments which we accepted.with thanks. We whent over the order making sure we had not fogotten anything .transaction complete .delivery date organised to our satisfaction. Two happy customers left the store with Dians help.

I want to start by saying THANK YOU to the Sales Man Darren at the Croydon Store. He was fantastic from the moment we walked in. I use a wheelchair and he was so caring and helpful. His coffee was the best as well... He explained everything to us in details and went through all the options and nothing was to much bother for him. He is a real gem to your company and please pass on my thanks to him. Thanks Darren :-)

There was a good range of products, great opportunity to try them all, and very helpful and patient staff who answered our questions and gave good advice

Deryck as very attentive, helpful, Knowledgeable and gave no pressure to buy something we did not want. He is a very friendly approachable person.
