Dreams - Croydon

We had already bought two beds complete with mattresses a few months earlier. Loved the beds that much that we came back and spoke to the same sales assistant as he had done such a great job before and bought our third bed from you.

1) very good customer service: His name is MR DERYCK and he is one of the dreams colleague's. He said, "hello" to us and he asked would you like anything to drink and he explianed us very well. He showed us diffrent kind of beds. 2) Amazing show room: All beds were shown neatly. 3)All size available: We found beds that were sizes we needed. 4)Happy purchurse: We were happy to purchursed the Dreams.

It was a quick and easy process to buy my bed. Deryck, the sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable which helped at lot. All in all a positive experience!

When I arrived I walked around and was politely asked if I needed help. Whilst choosing my order Tanya was very helpful and knowledgeable, she gave me space while I phoned and texted my wife so I didn't feel pressured. She was very professional and advised me to extra products to protect the mattress and pillows which I brought, when done she helped me carry the exceserys to my car.

Store Manager Barrett and SalesMan Moses were very helpful, informative and not at all pushy. I was able to try the beds out in my own time and was given a comfortable Tempur pillow to do so. Must gave me a thorough understanding of the construction of the beds I was interested in and also the difference between this and other beds. He also explained how the manufacturers warranty worked and how I could extend my bed warranty for 8 years. Overall, a very warm and welcoming team, informative and efficient. Having worked in retail environments previously, this was a very good example of exceptional customer service.

Friendly staff who helped identify suitable options straight away. Allowed us time to try out plenty of options without pressing for sale.

The person was very good & friendly. He was courteousness, helpfully and knowledgeable. What I also like was that he was not pushy. Both me and my wife was please with his service

When we walked in, we were greeted by Diane. She was very friendly and put us at ease straight away. Normally sales people can be over bearing, but Diane explained everything we needed to know about the mattresses and beds. She then allowed us to try out the mattresses with no pressure. I had a few more questions which she answered with confidence and I also had a cup of coffee made for me.

I was impressed with the service and knowledge in store and felt at ease and not pressured.
