Michael at Dreams in Valley Park was extremely helpful. He made me a cup of tea while we were browsing, and showed us all the options that might suit us and then took the order very professionally.

Dereyck was very helpful and kind and offered refreshments and overall very nice man.

Deryck was extremely helpful. He even helped carry the pillows I bought to the car. He gave a nice greeting when I entered the store and got me a drink

I was really pleased with the customer service i received from the dreams colleague who's name was Diane. She helped me straight away when i needed assistance in what i was looking for . Diane also offered me a coffee whilst ordering my bed. The speed of the order and date that she offered me for delivery made me very happy. The shop assistant was there to greet us I explained what we were looking for he gave us his time showing us what was available for our price range. He didn't rush us let us look around and was on hand to answer any queries we had.
