We didn't have to search for someone to help us like we did in a lot of stores. Deryck was very helpful, friendly and patient with us without being too pushy and had a good sense of humour. We called into store having looked on line at your sofa bed products . Your store assistant ,Moses ,was most helpful in demonstrating each of the products we were interested in. We left the store to see similar products in IKEA and DFS. WE returned to the store to view the product we favoured. Shortly after that the order was placed -all very efficient

I was served by Michael in the Valley Park outlet. He was extremely professional, there for assistance the moment I entered the store, gave me the time I needed for looking around so I felt comfortable to approach him once I was ready. He was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. In all honesty I did not expect to get such a high level of service. On this purchase I only bought the mattress but because of Michaels fantastic service I will be back to purchase an actual bed in the coming days. I work in Retail myself and I would be delighted to have such a genuinely polite and enthusiastic employee work for me. Thank you Michael.....you made my day.
