We were greeted by Deryck who helped us to understand the different mattress options and then offered us a complimentary hot drink. We were given as much time as we needed in store to try the different mattresses before we reached our decision of which one to go for. It was a lovely, hassle free experience and Deryck was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful.

I knew vaguely what I was looking for and the assistant (Moses) was very helpful finding it. I had my young granddaughter with me he gave her a balloon which kept her busy whilst we filled in all the forms.

The assistance I received from the worker rat dreams was first class. He helped us with all our question as well as in helping to make the decision. He was very patient especially as my 2 an 3 year old were with us and they were causing a lot chaos. He was very quick at doing all the paper work n we were out in no time. Best customer service I have experienced in a while

Customer service was excellent. Michael made us feel at ease and offered advice based on our needs. We shopped with our 10 month old baby and he was very good at keeping him happy so that we could focus on our purchase. He made the whole experience positive.

Diane, the assistant, was completely brilliant. She totally understood what we were looking for and the whole experience was done with humour and laughter. She made the whole thing a pleasure.

The sales assistant was very helpful in showing me where the sofabed i was interested in was, and the various options surrounding it both in terms of colours and combinations, and also when it came to the finance. She was very patient until i made a few phone calls and until i got all the infromation together that she requested. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and why she needed all that information.
