We found the experience highly satisfying because from start to finish it must of taken 30 minutes. We were seen to pretty much straight away after lying on a couple of beds and deciding what firmness we wanted a member of staff came over and pointed us in the right direction according to price and firmness the job was done.

Deryck was very knowledgeable and helpful

I rate here the overall experience with 2 Dreams shops, including this one where the order was finally placed. At the first shop mattresses and related technology were explained in depth for us to choose which technology we would go for. In this Dreams we further tried mattresses short listed from the first shop. Michael provided valuable information on mattresses allowing us to make a final choice and proposed pillows (that we bought in the end) to try the mattresses with. He was discreet and available when information was needed.

The Dreams Colleague Deryck was fantastic and ensured we got the right beds and Mattresses. He spent time with us explaining recommendations for our requirements. He gave space and time to walk round a view each relevant bed and mattress. There was excellent deals on and we ere very happy with this

We were looking for a new bed for my Dad we were given the attention we need and the able to order the products required the The Staff person Moses was very help and pleasant.

The assistant spoke to us several times and left us to ponder and think he was very friendly and I like the fact he was not pushy his knowledge was really good he was polite and his advice got him the sale
