My partner and I have very different ideas about bed comfort. Fortunately we were helped by Noel at the Croydon branch. He showed immense patience and good humour and talked us through our options. He was invaluable in helping us reach a compromise.

the assistant Darren who assisted me was extremely helpful, kind and listened to my needs. He advised me on certain issues and was an very helpful and confident young man - I did not put me under any pressure to buy but told me that best possible outcome to my situation. I would certainly ask any friend who visited the store to ask for him.

I approached a sales assistant with a picture of a bed in my phone but he just said something while walking away and pointing somewhere in the store, I was not sure where he was pointing to, in the end I told my daughter that we should live. As I was leaving, another sales assistant approached me and asked if I had got what I wanted to on my visit and I said NO. I showed him the picture of the bed, he took me to similar beds and encouraged me to try them all, he was very calm and patient, and helped me find the bed and matteres I had been looking for. Due to this guy Moses I was highly satisfied.

Excellent service, greeted by saleslady who approached us, Quick identification of our requirements, quick arrangement for delivery of goods, quicker than I expected,explained procedure should we not be completely satisfied with products.

The gentleman that assisted me was more than happy to help, I was able to take my purchase away with me when I left. He was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he offered me a cup of tea (a rarity when shopping these days!) and he went so far as to carry my item to the car for me.

This is my third purchase with you - always good quality, helpful staff who know their stuff!

Lots of choice Sales manager very knowledgeable helpful but not pushy very impressed

Friendly staff who answered all the questions asked , who also had a wealth of knowledge about the products and gave us time to look around and make our decision.

The fast service and friendliness of staff. They were not pushy salesmen!!
