THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND IT WAS VERY EASY TO LOCATE THE MATTRESS OF MY CHOICE. THE DELIVERY WAS VERY QUICK AND THE TIME ALLOCATED CORRECT. OVERALL I AM VERY HAPPY.

The sales assistant showed us a variety of mattress options and gave us time to try them and think about them without being pushy or making us feel rushed. He was patient with our young daughter and friendly throughout.

Our sales assistant was very friendly listened to what we were looking for and provided us with a range of options to consider. She gave us time to try out the options and to discuss our choices privately whilst making relevant recommendations.

Member of staff offered assistance as soon as I walked into the store. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I was not rushed.

I purchased a bed and mattress from dreams a few years ago for a pate room and wanted another one. I was served by the same person as before Moses, he was helpful and no over the top selling tactics which would put me off
