Dreams - Croydon

I was happy from the moment I went into the store.

We were greeted in a friendly manner by Diane and offered a drink. She left us to browse and try beds out after offering her help. She also gave us different pillows to try while testing out beds. All in all a very satisfying and productive visit.

I was seen by Barret & Michael. Barret showed me some beds and gone through prices and left me to see what suited me which I found very helpful as I had no clue what I wanted and I was able to be free around the store and try different mattress without the pressure of a sales person. While I was testing beds Micheal gave me better pillows which made such a difference. I found it very pleasant that he asked Barret if it was okay to assist me. Micheal was extremely helpful I told him that the mattresses I liked was out of my budget. He showed me different Mattresses which I actually preffered. The service I recieved was excellent he was very friendly, patient, offered me and my friend tea & coffee, he was wonderful. I had just been to bensons and carpet right in croydon and felt like I would probably be better off buying online as I was made to feel slightly embarrassed for my lower budget. Thank you very much Dream the atmosphere in the store was amazing!

I was highly satisfied because the colleagues at this Dreams was really friendly, helpful and they were also understanding the situation at that moment we were in. We were served by a colleague names Barret and he treated us wonderfully. He offered us drinks, greeted us as soon as we came to him and he gave us an offer on pillows. I would recommend this Dreams to many people as they helped me a lot.

On visting the store we were pleased that it looked very bright and clean and welcomeing, We asked for a public toilet and was directed with thanks. While my husband was waiting he was approached by Barret who said is there anything he could help us with, My husband said we were looking for a king side mattress he took us to see some and asked us what type of mattress we had, We told him we had a memory matress which was giveing me back ache. I said we wanted a firmer one he asked us to try a selection and some were giveing pain as i have back trouble he said which one would be better for me and that was the one we brought .
