Barret processed the order efficiently and explained the delivery and product insurance options in great detail, no pressure was applied to the sale or the products just great advice when asked

Michael provided excellent assistance with great knowledge of the mattresses available and really considered our needs when suggesting mattress options. Excellent selection of mattresses available to choose from.

Good selection of beds and mattresses . Deryck was very understanding and had good product knowledge.

My daughter required a new bed so we visited dreams. Michael was our server and had great knowledge of the products. The staff were welcoming, helpful, polite and purchasing the items were straightforward. Michael made myself and my wife a lovely tea and took time to listen to my daughter and her requirements of a bed and a mattress which he fulfilled. We will be visiting in the near future to purchase another bed. Couldn't be any more happier with the speed of delivery either.

Sales man was efficiency and knowledgeable, I have just had a very poor experience with carpet right and cancelled my order for beds there so I hope I will continue to be very satisfied once I recieve my goods. Thank you so far
