I was highly satisfied because the assistant was always interested in our needs and was giving us the best advise in regards the mattress to purchase. normally assistants of a formal brand are just there because of the money and not because they are interested in the customer needs. Michael was a fantastic assistant and made our visit very pleasant and i will definetly would go back to the store just for the outstanding service. wish that customer services from other places could learn from these individuals.
