Dreams - Croydon

I had very little time and wanted to purchase a reasonably cheap mattress for a spare bedroom that will probably only get used a dozen times in a ŷear. When I explained this to the member of staff I was pleased that he didn't give me a long lecture about the importance of a good quality mattress, which I already know and had purchased a much more expensive mattress the year before from dreams, instead taking me immediately to the cheapest mattress he had in the store. After a quick look I decided I wanted something a bit more substantial so he took me to two other options before I quickly settled on the one I have purchased.

Great customer service and huge choice on products on display.

WE were greeted - not too enthusiastically! and our questions answered well and quickly. the 2 visits that afternoon and purchase were all as they should be - efficient, friendly and straightforward.

On arrival I was greeted by Diane, what a friendly, professional and understanding member of staff. She listened to my needs and gave me plenty of information to allow me to make the right choice.

We were greeted once we arrived and not harassed until we were ready to ask for assistance. Our salesperson, Noel, was very knowledgeable and polite. He looked to understand what we wanted and allowed us the time to try the mattresses we liked and pointed us to brands to make comparisons. No rush and we were offered drinks and our own pillow to take to each bed!

Starff very helpfully felt comfortable shopping for my requiments no need to rush made sure we were happy before we left
