There was good service and very good products. We especially liked the assembly aspect of our order.

I walked into the store and was acknowledge straight away. I was allowed to browse for a few minutes and then Moses approached me. He was very friendly, understood my needs and too his time to explain the benefits of each bed. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything and it just felt like he was giving me advice. This in turn made me spend more and get all the added extras.

I came into the store at 9am and was the first/only customer. I wanted to get in early as the store is a bit of a drive away from my house and my mum has been terminally unwell and also didnt want to leave her too long on her own. As i came into the Purley Way store i was greeted by a nice friendly face who smiled and welcomed me into the branch and asked me if i would like a nice hot drink (it was pretty cold outside), tea, coffee. I declined as I was keen to press on and find a bed base. Michael the assistant was so helpful to me, asking my needs and what I was looking for. I was actually just after a bed base because i had 4 slipped discs in 2016 and although i had replaced my mattress with a good orthopedic one, it was still giving me some pain. I found the bed base i wanted. Then I noticed the Therapur mattress and decided to have a sit on it. Well, that was it, sold! Michael advised me the benefits of this mattress, then showed me the pillows - which i also bought. I was allowed to test out, I was offered warm drinks and made to feel at home. I felt like a customer and was pleased to order bed/mattres/pillows. 5 stars to Michael, what a great customer advisor :)

Good quick experience

Dreams Colleague Deryck (Validation code:197) was very patience with us and we were captivated by his personality because we were surprised he offered us a cup of tea. Deryck understood our needs and made us feel comfortable by letting us test the mattresses. I would definitely come back for my next purchase because there are more varieties to choose from and I would personally see Deryck again because he seems like a genuine kind person.
