I looked at items on line before visiting and was able to see them and test in store The assistant Michael Francis was very patient, attentive and showed an understanding of my requirements

The colleague who assisted me during my visit was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Despite the product I bought not being available for delivery for 10-12 weeks he made my experience a plesant one by the way he conducted himself. He was able to provide technical information in a timely fashion and also offered me a drink. This all enabled the transaction to be completed smoothly. I would recommend Dreams and this particular colleague to a friend.

Barrett the sales advisor was excellent - friendly, non-pushy and very accommodating and patient. I severely dislike hard selling techniques that a lot of sales teams employ - I find it off-putting, dis genuine and insulting. Barrett does not have this approach, and as a result I was happy to trust his judgement and he helped me to reach a decision I was happy with his input.
