Diane was brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We really felt she listened to us and worked out what we wanted and needed. She's clearly intuitive and knows how to read people. She knows the stock and was able to give valid recommendations without overwhelming us with choice. We weren't planning to purchase when we went in, we were going to decide on wjat we wanted and wait until black Friday, but our confidence in Diane lead to our purchase there and then. Great sales person.

Received a warm and friendly welcome on entering the store and was impressed with the attentiveness of your colleague Deryck. We were not rushed into a decision or pressured into a sale and feel we have purchased the right product. Deryck remained good humoured despite us changing our mind several times. We were given a welcome coffee (a delicious Latte) and were offered a second cup as we were there for so long. We were also shown and purchased 6 M-Line pillows which were on sale. Overall a pleasant and productive experience.

Assistant approached us soon after we entered the store to introduce himself and offer his help with what we were looking for. He gave us the time we needed and was very knowledgable about all of the products. We tested several mattresses for which we were offered a pillow and were even offered a drink whilst we were trying out the large variety of mattresses which were available in store. We felt very valued as customers.
