My visit to dreams it has a Nice clean and airy atmosphere.and I was not rushed while browsing around the store or felt pressured to purchase something I didn't want I was offered a Cup of coffee while I took my time to find the bed that fitted my criteria friendly staff which also vouched my opinions I never knew beds and pillows could be so versatile, vast, interesting great experience?

you were the fourth shop we visited looking for what we wanted. We were looking for 30" wide mattresses, few people stock them, you had a limited option, it was what we needed to buy.

Friendly staff, offered coffee, given a discount.

Friendly and helpful Staff. We were greeted with a smile and offered a drink on arrival. We had already decided on the product we liked, and had time to browse together before the sales staff asked if we needed help. We made our purchase quickly and hassle free. Couldn't be more impressed with the servive and also the lead time for the bed and mattress we chose. Thank you.

I wanted to look around before I bought a mattress the service I recievd in bensons and John Lewis led me back to dreams Here the man could not of been me re helpful that made my decision to buy from dreams

Michael was fantastic extremely helpful and went over things twice when I asked. Told us about a promotion and saved us money he was extremely polite not pushy at all and asked us when talking about notifying us about other promotions in store eg 4 pillows for £35 which is great. Really clear communication and felt he went above and beyond. He's a credit to the company. Thanks Michael

The assistant was extremely helpful and thorough. Making sure we had everything we needed... from a cup of tea to the time going through the different options. One of the most helpful staff I have met in this store.

The sales rep was really helpful and very polite, he went out of his way to help us made cups of coffee gave me a different pillow to use which helped and answered all of my questions that i fired at him as i have a back disability and fused spine. So in my opinion he couldn't have helped any more than what he did brilliant thank you very much michael. Mr p.m.fryer.

speed of being welcomed on entering the store and the attention given to us by the salesman. He immediately understood what we were looking for and with in no time he had but together the combination of divan, headboard and matrass that suited our needs. We were in and out of the store selected and paid for the goods in about 25 minutes.
