Very professional knowledgeable & friendly advice in store & helpful delivery team who gave me a two hour window for delivering my mattress & even sent me a text to let me know they were on their way. Other retailers should take a leaf out of their book! The whole experience was a dream!!

Diane the lady who assisted me was very friendly and welcoming. She offered me a cup of tea and was very knowledgeable. She understood my needs and went out of her way to explain the available options and any accessories I could need. In conclusion fantastic customer service.

The assistant, Diane, was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Even though she was engaged with another customer initially, she acknowledged us and said she would be with us shortly. She explained the differences between the 2 mattresses we liked, which was really helpful. When we were ordering she offered us a drink. She also checked if we needed pillows or anything else with our order. We were also really please to get a delivery date for this Friday - we weren't expecting it to be so quick. Also the £200 reduction in the sale was a bonus. We were not looking forward to dealing with the Boxing Day sales, but Diane made the experience easy & enjoyable.

I think I was lucky with the sales person. I find it rare to receive such a customer service these days.

We were asked how we were and assisted straight away. We were given tea and coffee and sales team weren't too pushy. Salesman was relaxed and had some good chat.

From the moment I entered the store, Noel, the salesman did an excellent job of helping me. He greeted me really well, offered me a choice of hot drinks, listened carefully to my explanation of what I was keen to view and personally guided me to the beds which would be most suited to my needs. He was very encouraging in regard to me trying out the beds/variety of mattresses, provided pillows for this purpose, and made no attempt to hurry me as I moved from one type to another. At no time did I feel pressurised to make an instant purchase, yet he was discretely "on hand" to advise and to answer my questions. I my opinion, it was one of the very best shopping/purchasing experiences I've ever had. Noel should be highly commended for his role. (Please note. I'm seventy years old and I'm NOT related to Noel, nor have I ever met him before.) Thank you.

Excellent service. I was greeted on arrival but not pestered. I was left to make my own decision and when I had decided Barrett was efficient in handling my purchase. He offered me coffee and the whole experience was a pleasure.
