Very friendly greeting. Offered a drink. Not pressured - allowed to browse. When assistance was required received an immediate response.

Assistant manager Deryck was very friendly, helpful and patient, offered us drinks and explained delivery and insurance options well. Informed us of the different types of mattresses and which suited our needs the most.

Mike was extremely patient with my 11 year old son who was choosing his own mattress. Could not fault him. Top job!

Friendly and attentive service. Given enough space to try mattresses but also was quick to get attention and advice was good. Offered a drink whilst purchasing.

I was very impressed with the choice of mattresses ,the helpfulness of the young man who served me and explaining in detail the verity you stock I hope it will continue in the comfort of my new mattress Thank You Happy new year to all.

Having previously bought a mattress for my daughter we wanted to check out the larger sizes. We were greeted by Diane who was very helpful serving us,had good knowledge of the products she was recommending to suit our needs.

Diane our sales assistant was very attentive and spent a lot of time going through our needs and showing us all available products. We were not intending to purchase on our visit but was so happy with the service and products available we did purchase in the end.

The store manager was wonderful, very helpful and even though he was helping me he was polite to other customers and was also able to assist them and came back to check on me.

Was able to find someone to make an order with very quickly, they were very friendly and approachable. Offered us a hot beverage, and made the payment process very easy.
