The person i dealt with (Diane) was extremely helpful. I hv difficulty walking & she advised me what entrance to use to be nearest the matress i wanted. She was helpful, not pushy at all & showed me lower priced options so i was sure i was buying the right product for me. She couldnt be more helpful.

the service received was fantastic - we were highly impressed by michael and his knowledge of goods. Michael was very patient, not pressurising, just the most pleasent salesman we have ever come across and makes the best tea and coffee ever, also his sense of humour and happy disposition - wow, what a difference he made - because we were dreading having to make our purchases - not even pounced on ! All throughtout the transaction we were kept informed by phone and text. the delivery men Anthony and Dave were a breath of fresh air, polite, courteous and on time - lovely happy men - we are still smiling. Will be recommending Dreams to everyone.

The person helping us (Noel) was very friendly and attentive. He gave great recommendations in regards to a mattress and took him time showing us each one he recommended until we found the one that best suited us. Also the bed we were looking at was not in the colour we wanted so he also showed us a different bed that was the same colour so that we could get an idea of how the colour looked.

Really friendly staff. Michael took his time to talk through what I wanted and showed me different beds and mattress and I found the one I wanted. Lovely to talk to and didn't rush me. Offered myself and my sister a drink.

We have used Dreams on a few occasions when purchasing a new bed and have always found them to be good on value and service - could not really see a reason why we would look elsewhere when needing to make a new purchase.

A short while after we first entered the store and when we were having a preliminary look around the store, we were approached by a very nice young man who introduced himself as the new manager of the store, Michael. We explained that we were looking for a new bed as ours was about 8/10 years old and needed replacing. We explained that we wanted a bed which had storage drawers in the base and we were wondering what an Ottoman lift up divan was like. We are over 70 years old. He said that he did not think that would be suitable for us and demonstrated how difficult such a system would be for us We immediately decided that this was not the system for us! He then asked what sort of mattress etc that we wanted. He then immediately took us to a Sealy Bed which was very comfortable. He then asked if we wanted a cup of tea and said that he would get some and sent his colleague Moses to see us. Moses, another very nice man, showed us various beds/mattresses, pillows etc and after he had shown us others we settled on the very first bed we had been shown! These two gentlemen were polite, caring and knew what they were doing. Brilliant!

We were approached by a very friendly and knowledgable assistant who offered us tea!. We explained our requirements and she gave us all available options, and answered all our questions. What was nice was the fact she was attentive but not pushy for a sale which we hate. Took us through the whole process from start to finish. The other staff there were friendly too. Made a welcomed change from bored, untrained and pushy staff in other stores. (Not Dream Stores).
