This was our first ever visit to the dreams store and was highly impressed. Excellent customer service and the salesman was very friendly and helpful. Did not try to sell us something we did not want.

The person who served us (Moses) was very welcoming and made us feel at ease. He was very knowledgable and helpful and did not rush us or persuade us which product to go for. He provided us with all options for the base bed and mattresses as well as pillows. Based on this I would recommend Dreams and recommend to speak to this gentleman. Much appreciated and many thanks to Moses.

After browsing online I knew what I was i wanted and when in store i was approached by Deryck who assisted me instanty in a friendly manner, i explanined what i wanted and he was able to show me where it was in the shop and explained about the deals on offer at that time which encouraged me to then look at a bed frame as well as a mattress. Deryck was helpful but not at all pushy and let me browse in my time whilst finding out details for me on beds i showed interest in. The offer of tea or coffee was also grately appreciated, as well as making sure i hadnt forgotten about pillows and headboard. He was professional, approachable, bubbly and made the whole experience easy and straight forward.

The shop assistant listened to our briefing and was able to show us the exact products that meet our needs. This meant we was able to make a quick decision which made the whole process easy. The shop assistant was very friendly too.

We have been in the market for new mattresses for a while but put off the task thinking it might be a hassle. We went into the Purley Valley Park branch on the off-chance of browsing and were greeted by the assistant manager Deryck who was exceptionally polite and knowledgable. We had an idea of what we wanted and Deryck helped us find what that actually was in terms of a mattress, and encouraged us to try them in-store and gave us space to do so. We talked a little more and he gave us more information to find the mattress that suited our sleeping best, and gave us the space to try them which is what we like. (He also brought lovely hot drinks for us in this time!) Deryck additionally advised my father on pillows that would suit his neck issues, and after this time we felt confident enough with the knowledge and experience to buy 2 mattresses there and then.

I was looking for a bed that was with in our budget snd imcouldcwipe down if need be. Storage was a necessity. The shop assistance knew straight away what to show us.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member who understood what we were looking for. He gave us pillows to use and test on the beds, he also offered us a selection of drinks. We were then left to look and try the beds, after choosing which we wanted more information on we the selected the bed we wanted. Again we were offered drinks before proceeding with our purchase. When our purchase was complete we were given a free mattress protecter. Very satisfied
