Dreams - Croydon

Glen was fantastic, we have visited a range of store to buy a bed in the area and Glen at the croydon branch was the most informative salesman we found which is the reason why we came and brought the bed from Dreams. He was personable, informative, patient and really understood how mattress and beds are designed and meet the needs of the individual. He didn't try and sell us something we could not afford. We felt like we were his priority and there was no rush. Even though the sale had hours before it ended. Extremely impressed it was very nice to meet skilled salesman who obviously took pride in his work.

As soon as we stepped into the store we were greeted by Deryck who was very friendly. After asking us what type of bed we were looking for he walked us through all the various options on offer. He explained everything with great detail but did not push us into buying something we didn't want.

Rosa who looked after us from the moment we entered the store to placing our order could not have been more helpful.

The gentleman was very helpful indeed very friendly very polite..took me around the store showed me the best deals on what I wanted..very happy...

Patryck from your Croydon branch who served us was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He knew exactly where all the options of matresses were located in the store for us to try and we did try quite a few!

On arrival we was politely asked if needed assistance but not as soon as go though the door. The staff was polite and helpful there was no rushing to try to get us done and when we had to wait for the bed machine was asked if wanted a drink. On testing the meds the staff gave us a pillow covering so was happy with this under a health aspect. Once we chose the bed and mattress the paperwork and terms was explained and not rushed. I am very satisfied with the staff and the overalls experience.
