Friendly staff member who provided us all the info we needed, answered our questions well, and all with a smile

The person who served us offered us a hot drink, then listened to our needs, let us try all the mattresses, was extremely patient, polite and explained everything to us with regard to delivery etc.

Michael was very helpful in explaining about the beds and the staff where great very clean not to pushy

The assistant was very helpful and showed us a variety of mattresses in the price range we specified giving advice on the various differences between them

Easy to find the item i wanted in store. Michael the gentleman who served us was most helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he was friendly, courteous and professional. Overall we was very impressed with the service and would definitely return to dreams again for future purchases

We enjoyed the experience as the customer service was excellent and could advise properly concerning our needs. He was well informed of each product and was very patience with us. We were well taken care off as coffee was offered and we could talk and express what we wanted. Very happy with the service and would recommend everyone to use it!!!

I was straight away seen by a member of staff. Provided me with drink ie hot chocolate. The only negative thing is I have to pay £10 for Saturday delivery and £33 for recycling of old mattress.

Your staff have been very polite and efficient from my visit to your store to delivery, which arrived very promptly at the allotted time. I have not slept on the mattress yet as it has only just arrived. The delivery guys were very careful and gave me advise regarding airing and turning the mattress.

the employee noel was straight over to us the minute we walked through the door greeting us very promptly and politely. He was extremely helpful and made us a hot drink and was very knowledgeable and helpful with what we needed. He also gave us a better quote than what we already had and chucked in a freebie which was nice of him. very pleased with the service we received. we will definitely come back with our next purchase and would be definitely recommend
