Very friendly, helpful and patient service.

Michael was very friendly and obviously knows alot about what he sells! He made sure he knew our price range and although me and my partner liked completely different mattresses he made sure we found one we liked. We were offered hot drinks and made to feel really comfortable.

Michael was polite, attentive and listened to our needs before showing us his recommendations. He showed us several options of varying prices and was able to talk knowledgeably about the products.
