Both my young daughter and I were given excellent customer service by Michael who was very thorough in all the choices we were interested in. I felt like I had gone back in time by 30 years when customer service was rated as the most important aspect of a business. I would definitely come back to Dreams for future purchases and advise my family and friends to use you if needed.

Your staff were polite and friendly and I didn’t have any problems during the search for the right bed for me.

We were looking for a headboard that was in a clearance range , we were shown straight to the area and choose something straight away. it was the price that sold it to us . Your staff member was very helpful, offered us delivery as we were wondering whether it would fit in the car . All was dealt with very well except the long two week delivery date .
