We found Micheal to be very friendly and approachable. He was able to build a report with us quickly and had a good sense of humour putting us at ease. He answered our questions with a high level of knowledge and the gave us space to look around the shop, but checked back in with us after about ten minutes. The whole process of getting a new mattress was very smooth and efficient and we were not pressured in any way.

Arrived, within a couple minutes of looking around was served by a friendly Helper who listened to my needs. Showed me the beds, gave a pillow for me to try out and offered a coffee. The beds were better value than I thought they would be. Kindly helped sort delivery and to take away old mattress. Took a while to decide but still very polite throughout.

Michael was very helpful and polite. A drink was also offered plus pillows, which were purchased.

once we entered the store michael was very helpful offering a coffee or tea making sure we had a pillow as we tried the beds and got great advice about the matteress didnt take long to choose one lm sure we will be very happy with our purchase.

Delivery exactly when we needed it - Excellent delivery communication - polite efficient delivery men - they even took off their shoes! I have visited a number of different stores in advance of making my bed purchase. What I loved about my experience of dreams was that the staff were welcoming and made it clear that they were available to assist and answer questions, yet they still let me try out the beds without making me feel uneasy. This was in contrast with the other bed shops which made me feel on edge and did not give me a chance to test out the product. The way the staff were at dreams meant that I felt sufficiently relaxed to try out the bed and lay there for as long as I wanted so I could ensure that it was suitable for my needs. I was even bought a cup of tea in bed by Darren, the sales person! I asked a few questions and the answers he gave me demonstrated knowledge of the product and gave me the confidence to make the purchase.

Overall dreams were fantastic! We selected the delivery date which was best for us and they arrived, even in the snowy weather!! When Matt and Marton delivered our mattress they kindly spotted an issue with the set up of our bed frame and corrected this immediately, I would definitely recommended them to friends!
