Dreams - Croydon

Michael spent almost half an hour taking to us to help us finding the exact bed and mattress we wanted. We were quite picky about the mattress with regards to firmness and Michael showed us quite a few and explained the difference. After trying 4 or 5 with different pillows we finally found one we really liked and fit into our budget. It was a fantastic experience

I felt , moses was very helpful and knowledgeable, when i went into the store to purchase my mattress. He has excellent customer service skill's, and i am grateful for the excellent customer service experience i had in store .

The gentleman that served us was very helpful and showed us other bed frames.He offered us a beverage which was nice.Generally helpful and pleasant.

I walked into the store knowing which bed I was interested in, the assistant was extremely helpful in showing me beds in different sizes to help me decide which bed to purchase. Was extremely efficient in sorting out delivery dates and finance.

We were served and dealt with by Dreams employee Deryck at the Croydon, Valley Leisure park branch. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and gave my wife and I the space to make a decision on our purchase. He offered us drinks and explained to us about the special offers and deals - overall he was excellent and provided top class customer service. He answered all of our many questions confidentally and reassured us.

The assistant Moses was very welcoming and did not 'push' for a sale, but answered and explained our questions
