Dreams - Croydon

My husband and I visited the Dreams store at Valley Park a few weeks previously to have a look at the mattresses available and talked to Michael about our needs. We returned on 17th March with our two teenage daughters to select a new mattress for each of them and again were served by Michael who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient with our daughters as they tried to decide which mattress was for them. It was a freezing Saturday afternoon and we were delighted to also be given a lovely cup of coffee while we looked at the mattresses. Even though we kept Michael beyond the store closing time while the paperwork was completed, he remained polite and helpful throughout.

We were served by the store manager Berret, he was absolutely incredible, so kind and helpful! We really enjoyed our visit to Dreams and left very satisfied with our purchase and in a much happier mood thanks to Berret.

We had done extensive research on mattresses and divans both online and visiting companies (including other Dreams Stores) to 'try before you buy'. We had a very good idea of the bed frame and mattress we wanted but was pleased to be guided by the very knowledgeable Noel at the Croydon store. We were reassured that we were making an excellent investment and our understanding between two differing types of mattresses was correct. This was extremely reassuring and we able, with the utmost of confidence, place our order there and then. Having visited the Bognor Regis store that day and received no support from staff, Noel was a credit to your company since we had almost decided to return to a competitor in the Purley Way. Thank you Noel, I am sure we will soon enjoy many years of comfortable sleep!

Given enough space to ourselves when needed, nice coffee provided, questions all answered, friendly and good interaction with Darren and Barrett, very nice pillows.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was able to take my time and look around in the store at the mattresses without feeling under pressure and uneasy. The collegue that assisted me was very patient and knowledgeable, and helped me make my purchase decision as I wanted to use my electric blanket on my bed which was an important issue.

Moses was knowledgable and when we had the information we wanted stood back to allow us to decide.

Very friendly and helpful salesman Michael at the Croydon store, made the purchase a pleasurable experience. We are very happy with our choice and decision to shop here.
