Highly knowledgeable sales staff. Helped us to very quickly find which products would suit our needs best. Very friendly and welcoming. Even provided us (my wife, my son and myself) with free coffee and hot chocolate! Allowed us to try out the beds, Tempur pillows, etc. Staff managed to turn a mundane task, like looking at beds, etc. into a pleasant experience.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy to get us to buy. This helped us to relax, try beds and then come to a decision.

Was greeted at the door by Noel who offered a hot or cold drink on arrival. Customer has mobility issues; was offered a chair, a cushion for comfort and tea. Noel was knowledgeable, friendly and considerate to the needs of a 'blue badge' holder. Offered and brought a firm tempur pillow; which is great. Thank you Dreams for making what could have been a challenging shop a pleasant and easy experience.

The Dreams branch had a large selection of mattresses and all the ones we were particularly interested in. The assistant, Deryck, was very attentive, knew about the products we were interested in and made us a cup of tea!

Was greeted quickly by Barret and listened to my needs. He pointed to products and gave me the opportunity to have a look/consider the opportunities before proceeding and choosing my final purchase.

We were welcomed straight away by Diane and offered tea/coffee and told to take our time to look around and come back and ask any questions. We were also offered a better pillow to try the beds out with. At no time did we feel rushed or under pressure at all. We are very happy with our purchases.

Good customer service. Store had a lot of choice & price far better than Bensons. Much nicer beds also. Good coffee too.
