We were dealt with by Michael Francis. Found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. We felt he listened to our requirements and needs. He showed us products suitable for what we needed.

He made the experience extraordinarily pleasant which I didn’t expect before walking into the store! Glen needs to receive the recognition he deserves - Dreams are very lucky to have him!

Michael D was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He wasn’t pushy and we didn’t feel at all rushed. He offered a drink, let us lay down on mattresses with a pillow and paper towel. He also gave us the opportunity to use your sleep match machine which confirmed the mattress we decided to purchase.
