Good service

On entering the store we were greeted by a lovely lady Diane who was very attentive even offering coffee to us . She explained the different mattresses and in no way did we feel pressured to buy . We were left to browse but the staff were on hand to answer any questions when needed We were asked if we would like to purchase pillows but we felt that there were no hard sales and we were very happy with the service

The assistant was very helpful and there was a very good choice of products

Great - I got all I need in one place and had a very friendly and helpful person advise me and help make my decisions.

Diane was knowledgeable, understood that our children were worn out by shopping so offered our eldest a hot chocolate to appease her while she processed the order which worked wonderfully. She took the time to test firmness of mattresses twice which each of my husband and I while the other was on duty with the children. Fantastic service. Thank you!

The sales assistant, Michael, was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient- we had out 2 year old son with us that enjoyed testing out the beds!

Staff made me feel at ease by laying on the beds first to show no fear. I’m disabled and she understood.

Excellent assistance from Barret at the Purley Way store. He took time to understand what I was looking for and gave recommendations but was not pushy. He gave me enough time and space to look around and find the right mattress for me.

Staff were friendly and gave us a chance to have a look around the store. We were served by Moses who was very friendly and polite. He did not push us to buy anything we didn't want once we said what we were looking for.
