From start to finish I found my shopping experience was great. Deryck gave me some great tips on working out what mattress would be best for me and after trying out a few for period of time, I felt that I needed to think about it. I left the store and came back a few hours later and was greeted with a smile and we picked up where we left and it resulted in me feeling at ease with my purchase.
