Very friendly staff we were greeted on entering and given lots of info and were offered drinks it was a very relaxing experiance

Michael was extremely pleasant to deal with. He was polite and clearly very knowledgeable in the products he was selling. I personally felt he offered a lot in terms of options and advice on what to consider.. thereby assisting us in finding the right bed. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing the product. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The product was what I wanted. The salesperson, Michael, was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the stock which matched my requirements without being pushy.

My visit to dreams today was not planned, it was a detour, but never for once have the regret of doing it. My overall experience was amazing and the colleague that attended to me by name Darren was exemplary. The assistance offered to me was faultless and he made every time I spent there worth it. The customer relation was very good, making me feel at ease and at the same time supported me to make a very good choice and also, making sure that the products will be delivered just in a few days.
