Friendly service and very understanding answer quick and easy to understand

The sales lady Diane was extremely knowledable, friendly and was happy to spend time with me while I made a decision. She gave me lots of information which put my mind at rest that I had bought the correct item for needs.

We were welcomed into the store, offered tea and coffee and encouraged to try a wide range of beds. We were made to feel very comfortable and were given pillows when we tried the beds. We were given a lot of information about all the beds and were shown a colour coded guide to the mattresses which really helped us choose.

Everyone who worked there welcomed you in and asked if you needed any assistance. After showing me the product I was looking at online he allowed me to carry on looking around by myself but was there to answer any questions I had. He knew the answers which I was pleased and I was able to buy the perfect mattress for me.
